HOW WE DELIVER OUR COACHING…

PHASE 01 – Foundation

The foundation phase helps you develop the mindset needed to achieve your goals. We look at creating structure, discipline, routine and replacing bad habits with good ones. We set targets and create the action plan for you to get there, it doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or a fitness junky, we always meet you at your current ability or experience. Laying down the foundations in training, nutrition and recovery teaches our clients how they can optimise their health fully in later phases. We introduce various training techniques and teach our clients the basic movement patterns, getting the basics right sets you up to maximise progress when we ramp it up in later training phases.

PHASE 02 – Ramp up

Once phase one is complete it’s time to ramp it up a notch, we look at building upon your new healthy habits, mindset, fitness and progress. This is where we set new goals and teach you how to not only maintain your results but improve them further. We do this though introducing some more advanced training techniques and by helping you create a nutrition system that is both sustainable and effective.

PHASE 03 – Relentless

Once you’ve completed our ramp up phase it’s time to get relentless in your pursuit of better. You will be in the best shape of your life mentally and physically, from here we introduce new goals and training challenges to keep you inspired and motivated everyday. You will have the knowledge to stay on track and progress further to fully optimise your health and unlock your full potential becoming stronger, fitter and more confident.


WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?

Initial consultation

Every pursuit will begin with a consultation via Facetime or a phone call, this is to get clear on what you want to achieve and what you expect from us, as your coaches. We set short/long term goals and then conjure up a strategy on how we are going to achieve them.

Training

Your training plan will be designed and bespoke to you. All the information we gather from you in our consultation will allow us to build a training programme specific to your ability and your goals.

Check-ins

Accountability is one of the main driving factors that keeps our clients on track and we do this through a weekly check-in where you provide us with updated body measurements and progress pictures. From there your coach will give you feedback based on the results and coach you through any adjustments if necessary.

Support

As your coaches we will provide you the tools and be with you every step of the way on your journey towards your goals. Providing accountability, professional advice and support throughout. It’s then down to you to put in the work and get after it.

Nutrition

We calculate your calorie and macronutrient needs based on your goals. When creating your meal plan we take into account your eating habits, food preferences, dietary requirements, allergies and take into consideration all of the foods you like and dislike to create a customised nutrition plan you will flourish on.

Results

All of your results will be recorded in our app, where you can track not only body composition progress but performance progress also. Keeping track of your performance in the gym will help you see consistent results in strength, cardio and muscle building.
