PHASE 01 – Foundation
The foundation phase helps you develop the mindset needed to achieve your goals. We look at creating structure, discipline, routine and replacing bad habits with good ones. We set targets and create the action plan for you to get there, it doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or a fitness junky, we always meet you at your current ability or experience. Laying down the foundations in training, nutrition and recovery teaches our clients how they can optimise their health fully in later phases. We introduce various training techniques and teach our clients the basic movement patterns, getting the basics right sets you up to maximise progress when we ramp it up in later training phases.
PHASE 02 – Ramp up
Once phase one is complete it’s time to ramp it up a notch, we look at building upon your new healthy habits, mindset, fitness and progress. This is where we set new goals and teach you how to not only maintain your results but improve them further. We do this though introducing some more advanced training techniques and by helping you create a nutrition system that is both sustainable and effective.
PHASE 03 – Relentless
Once you’ve completed our ramp up phase it’s time to get relentless in your pursuit of better. You will be in the best shape of your life mentally and physically, from here we introduce new goals and training challenges to keep you inspired and motivated everyday. You will have the knowledge to stay on track and progress further to fully optimise your health and unlock your full potential becoming stronger, fitter and more confident.
